Cable Pulley Machine Workouts

I’ve been out of the gym for a week due to remodeling which means the daycare is closed and in turn means that there’s nowhere for Ziana to go while I go blow off some steam and pump some iron.

Who would’ve known I would’ve actually missed the gym!? I missed the sweat and feeling that I lost a ton of weight after a workout.

Luckily, I was able to go this past holiday weekend. Did the elliptical for 30 minutes, did arms and then went on to my favorite machine of all– the cable pulley machine. You’ll always see me on YouTube while on this machine, haha.

I’m always looking for some new workouts on YouTube since doing the same exercises won’t do anything for you. So I’ve come bearing gifts from YouTube to do on the cable pulley machine.

This workout is great you’ll be working on your mid-back, obliques, biceps, butt and legs. In other words you’re touching all bases of your body.

I do about 4 to 5 reps of 20 or 25 depending on how my body is reacting for each workout.


Next ab workout I did on the pulley was this. I did 20lbs on this since I felt absolutely nothing when I did 10 or 15lbs–

Lastly, these crunches standing up and side crunches are great. As for the last exercise she demonstrates it’s like the previous video just a matter of preference–
