My mother always said to wear something new for New Years Eve, go into the new year with a clean slate and no baggage of the year prior. I’ve followed through with that growing up and now it’s time for my daughter to follow through with our silly tradition. Picking an outfit is hard when you’re a girl and have so many choices to choose from. You always want to stand out, feel great in what you wear and I won’t let my daughter feel any other way. Ziana absolutely adores fancy dresses so I knew that was the route we’d go.
We ended up picking out this gorgeous flowered embellished, sequence tulle dress that made me jealous of my daughter having it! The dress is just perfect for New Years and I have to thank Monsoon for it. Monsoon is a UK based clothing company geared towards fashionable clothing for both women and kids including shoes and accessories. There were tons of pieces to choose from I was in awe. Like I said I decided to get the Miliana princess dress which for sure will be a show-stopper during our annual New Years Eve party. When you decide on a dress it’s always time to choose the right shoes to go along with your fabulous dress. I also decided to get gold studded ballet shoes to match the gold sequins on the top of the dress.
Monsoon like I said has fabulous outfits for both women and children, but they also specialize in having great pieces for certain occasions and wedding attire, whether you’re a bride, bridesmaid or flower girl.
