Hi, I’m Betsy Vilca, a Realtor serving Queens and Nassau County. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling, relocating, or investing, I’m here to help make the process feel simple and less stressful.
Before real estate, I spent years creating content and helping businesses tell their stories through video and social media. Today, I bring that same creativity, attention to detail, and marketing mindset to every client I work with.

I’ve spent years creating content, telling stories, and building relationships online and in my community. Real estate gives me the opportunity to do more of that while helping people through some of life’s biggest milestones.
I’m not the type to pressure anyone into making a move. My job is to educate, guide, answer questions, and help you make the best decision for you.

Outside of Real Estate
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me creating content, filming videos, cheering at one of my son’s baseball games, or trying to convince my husband that my latest idea is definitely something we should do.
I’m also a proud mom of two. Between my daughter’s adventures, my son’s sports schedule, and my love for storytelling through video, life stays pretty busy—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I love meeting people, building relationships, and learning what makes them tick. That’s probably why I enjoy both content creation and real estate so much. Both are really about people, their stories, and being part of meaningful moments in their lives.
