I suffer a lot from bad skin– dryness, itchiness, and red spots– you’ve seen me at my best and you’ve seen me at my worst on Youtube. I always enjoy bringing you the newest of new in beauty and that definitely includes skin care because I know how important it is to keep your skin youthful.Neutrogena recently launched a new line- Neutrogena Naturals, which yes, you guessed it, more of what’s in their products is natural– 94% natural. Winning!
Their products were formulated without harsh chemical sulfates, parabens, petrolatum, dyes, or phthalates– all which may do some people good, as in having no harsh effect and on the flip side may do people bad, like myself who already suffers from eczema. Many products cause my skin to breakout in hives and when I was given the chance to try the Neutrogena Naturals line I was excited because I could only assue it wouldn’t cause irritation. I tried out the Fresh Cleansing + Makeup Remover first and it was smooth and gentle– definitely didn’t have all the bubbles form, as in other products. It worked amazing, and I didn’t feel like my skin was left dry as if the moisture was stripped away and completely took off all my makeup. For days you don’t want to use it you can try Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes— one of my favorite things ever because you can really scrub off all the makeup without causing any damage to your sensitive skin. The wipes smells natural, the wipes are thicker and 100% renewable fibers are used.
The next in the product line is the Purifying Pore Scrub where you guessed it– scrubs away impurities and dull, dead skin cells that can build up in pores to improve complexion for fresh, clear skin. This is a step I’ll admit I usually pass on because it’s hard work taking care of your skin, but it’s honestly, no excuse. Whether we stay inside all day or venture out into the world our skin collects dust everywhere and they cling on to our skin for dear life, therefore, scrubbing them off is necessary. Again, it left my skin moisturized. And now my favorite product from the collection and I can’t tell you enough how much I loved it, I even took it on my trip to Los Angeles; Brightening Daily Moisturizer with Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 25 . I’ll hit you over the head a few more times because I’m always telling anyone I can to use sunscreen whether it’s scorching hot or it’s cloudy– the sun is always stalking us! So protecting your skin with SPF is an obvious thing to do– or should be obvious! Before I started using the product I would have to use sunblock (irritating) then put on my moisturizer separately– too much of a hassle. Now, I use the Brightening Daily Moisturizer with SPF 25 and it doesn’t dry out my skin– I just continue on with my makeup. If anything, please just promise to try this!
