Target Back-to-School Giveaway Season
Annnnnnnd back-to-school is here, I also have a first grader y’all. I’m officially a mother of a 2-year-old and first grader. I still don’t believe I’m a mom sometimes, has it really been 6 years since Ziana Eliz was cut out of me?
If it’s one thing I was looking forward to was getting back into routine, although I enjoy sleeping in, it was terrible having to start the day late. Something I wasn’t looking forward to was going back-to-school shopping for school supplies. Who wants to waste money on that? And, I know the teachers need it, I’m very empathetic to why they need it if you read last years post you know how I feel.
My only favorite part about back-to-school is the shopping for new outfits! Ziana Eliz is growing and I try to get her clothes a size bigger so they’ll fit for an extra year, but sometimes things shrink and she loves to make holes in her clothes (deep side eye and roll). Thankfully, I got to partner up with Target to show off some of the pieces they’re carrying for the school season.

My youngest daughter is a senior at ole miss and she has wiped me out in clothing. I had bought myself a few things that I desperately needed and everyine she came home she would sneak to my closet and get clothes to take back to school with her. What she got were the things I had finally bought for myself. Therefore I really need clothes.
Don’t get me wrong, I would not tell her no if she asked. Just wish they would come back home with her. It is great to be able to wear the same clothes when you live together. But uh, this hasn’t worked out too well on my end ha ha.
