Covergirl Makeup

Covergirl Trumagic

I’m not a makeup maniac like many girls, but I do enjoy makeup to a certain point. My look is always for the semi-natural gal who doesn’t want to look cakey.

Below I’ll be showing you all the Covergirl products I used to create this simple– yet gorgeous look! Remind you it will not be showing what foundation or blush I used just the Covergirl products–

(Beauty By Arielle)

I’ve been hearing all the rave on using primers beofre or after putting on your makeup so before I went spening $20 bucks or so on an expensive brand of primers I used the drugstore Covergirl Tru Magic Skin Perfecter which is a clear balm to be used before, after makeup or with no makeup at all to perfect, smooth, blur pores and wrinkles. I personally use the skin perfecter before applying makeup and my makeup glides on so smooth and the finish is flawless as you scan tell in the photos. I haven’t tried applying it after my makeup do to fear of the makeup rubbing off. The only compliant I have is that there’s not much product in the bulky compact to last long. For the price they ask @$12 (which varies) I won’t really call it a steal.

This is another Covergirl Tru Magic product “The Luminizer.” I’ve been using a mineral glow powder for a few months and love it! These mineral glow powders or luminizer’s are best for accentuating your features; cheekbones, chin and cupid’s bow. Covergirl’s Luminizer does just this as well. It is a bit more shimmery than what I’m use to, but for the Summer I think it works great with a fantastic tan.

As for eyes I absolutely am horrible at applying eyeshadow when it comes to colors other than tans/browns, haha! So if you’re like me you can still add some color to spice up your look. I love blue when it comes to giving your eyes a POP especially blue mascara (but that’s a different story)!

Here I used the Covergirl “LiquiLineBlast Eye Liner” in blue and outlined the top of my lid with a bat wing at the end. Then grabbed a liquid black eyeliner and traced over the blue to give it a midnight blue. Then took the Covergirl “Flmaed Out Shadow Pencil” in Ice Flame and traced it under my eyes.

To top off my whole look I used my signature lipstick from Covergirl LIPPERFECTION in “Bombshell” I believe.

Have you tried any of these products or will you? What were or are your thoughts!?

When it comes to color I get scared too because I’m not great with it, but it’s so effortlessly beautiful you have to give it a try!!!
